Civil Forfeiture without so much as court proven facts are the governments version of going to Casinos and winning the Jackpot.

Well guess what – change is winding down the road.

I agree that deterrence of criminal activity through forfeiture of assets is a great idea. But doing it without the court process amounts to Constitutional Challenges under the Constitution.

No matter how many laws governments craft to justify their rights, as I understand it GOVERNMENTS HAVE NO KNOWN CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS !

CONSTITUTIONS ARE CRAFTED BY PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE – NOWHERE DO THEY SAY IT’S FOR THE GOVERNMENT !
