OMG is ham bad for you !

So much shit in cooked ham – stay away from it.

It’s coming out in buckets and then some.

While it may NOT be specifically ham itself, it sure is about the chemicals in it.

Now that I’ve had time to sleep on it, this ain’t the first time I’ve been able to correlate the after effects of eating ham to the same things that have happened in the past.

NASTY STUFF !
