So long as a hidden SOCIAL ENGINEERING SYSTEM is hell bent on passing the costs of traditional incarceration back into the MEDICAL SYSTEM, society is being asked to make judgement calls on forms of treatment and care for all those consuming illegal drugs and prescription drugs too boot.

Wake up call to somehow formalize and deal in a conscious way and manner on ALL ISSUES where drugs and addictions clash together. Matters not the source. But the effects are all too real and tangible.

Cost is the price for ignorance on the issue. The malaise of naivete and turning a blind eye while remaining silent only makes matters worst by creating a larger unmanageable problem that will without a doubt become a monster.
