Calgary can take on a leadership role here. Times are a changing. Being behind the eight ball trying to help from behind is like pushing an elephant uphill.

For what it’s worth here’s my 5 cents on the issue. If you’re a slave in whatever endeavour of LIFE then you cannot break out of cycles of dependency.

Finding a SAFE WAY out of slavery and bondage whether prostitution and addictions is the best bet. Personalizing it for individuals is the answer in my humble opinion. You cannot and will not buy into something you don’t like, want or desire.

And no, punishment is NOT THE ANSWER.
