Good I’m happy with the decision.

You cannot enact laws that suicide is illegal, while blatantly and consciously standing some commit suicide even under order to stand by and turn a blind eye.

Ashley Smith needed help and knew no other way to translate her request in plain English.

It was up to those charged with her care to seek that help no matter the cost.

Now all we’re left with is the worst possible example that society dares to exemplify as a model of true compassionate care for Canadians mentally challenged.

Redress and correct.
