Ah the sweet smell of OMG’s again.

Had to figure out exactly how to do contracting work without running afoul(ya know playing the game of chicken with the law) and still get my bang for my buck !

Actually it’s a win-win for EVERYONE, well almost… let’s put it at 99 percent, Alberta can’t intervene while it’s all legal shemeagle !

While I realize there was probably a good initial reason to put laws into place with security deposits to protect from fraud, it’s an impediment to the smooth flow of the marketplace demand and supply where the honest contractors are really trying to make a difference.

This way, honest people get their dues, and the fraudsters get the boot – quickly without government interference. Consumer becomes the boss and decision maker.

Accountability at every level. Pretty damn quick way of getting who’s not with the program !

Governments stick to what they normally do best – in theory ! Democracy without chaos !
