Then let’s get real productive and busy making crystal clear rules so no doubt exists and stand as a standard bearer for other such nebulous rules that creates foggy memories, dilemmas and conundrums by putting people in corners and boxes them in.
That once and for all should help alleviate mis-communications between the House, PMO’s, Privy Council and the Senate.
If the Senate has clear rules, others will be unable to slide in sideways and cause wave disturbances.
That’s the whole point of crystal clear standards.
