BBC News – RF Safe-Stop shuts down car engines with radio pulse.

Hey imagine that people are creatively thinking for once.

I fully support efforts to make roads safer for everyone.

Imagine disabling cars remotely in the event of public highway cameras catch drunk drivers before something terrible happens.

Bingo, caught, zapped, stopped dead in tracks.

That goes for car jacking, stolen cars and driving away without paying for gas let’s say !

Innovative legal uses that benefits the whole without endangering others.

Just make sure that any RF Pulses can only be activated by encrypted law enforcement agencies with minimal chances of being hacked.

It should be a manual ON/OFF SWITCH only legally used by law enforcement where public danger is truly obvious and evidence backs it up.

You could even stop suspected car bombings this way.

Way to go, way cool.
