While technically correct the Top of the Rod where a Sphere is located is actually a Pearl which sits at the center of a Flame representing Wisdom.
Flame of the Divine healing nature of the practitioner.
As it stands now, just the Halo makes for all the difference for a correct Universal Representation.
The addition of a Flame adds more additional information, but the Spherical Pearl shape is okay.
