Been doing some internal debate about Do I or Do I NOT %

Reason that it’s important, I cannot tell you directly since it provides ammunition to outside interests not exactly on board with the program.

So information is somewhat vague, but those smart, willing and wise enough will figure it out sooner rather than later. This is especially directed to people who are consciously working on integrating body/mind/spirit disciplines of all types. You are in the process of seeking answers about who you are and what your own Dance of Life & NRGY is all about.

So here it is.

After a period of any GENTLE activity such as YOGA or Brisk but not fast walking, stretching or running, gentle martial arts such as Tai Chi, always take a rest period. It’ll vary from individual to individual. This applies to Meditation also but slightly different – I’ll explain later below.

What I’m referring to specifically is ‘HEAT MANAGEMENT 101’.

SPECIFICALLY AFTER ALL EXERCISING, YOU SHOULD LAY DOWN ON YOUR BACKS IN COMFORTABLE AND WARM POSITIONS.

What happens next depends entirely on your CONSTITUTION & CURRENT CONDITION in understanding what happens to ‘Heat’ while at REST.

Your ENVIRONMENT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT SINCE ANY OUTSIDE FACTORS DULY INFLUENCES YOUR SENSES OF OBSERVATION.

TAKE LOTS OF NOTES ABOUT YOUR BODY AND MINDS PRIOR AS BASELINE REFERENCES,

Once you get what ‘Heat’ is doing, you can apply the principle of MANAGING IT EVERYWHERE ELSE IN YOUR BODY AND BRAIN SPECIFICALLY. PLAY WITH IT UNTIL IT’S MOVEMENT IS MASTERED BY WILL ALONE OR BY YOUR BODY’S MECHANICAL PROPERTIES IN EVERYDAY ACTIVITIES on the FLY in Real Time.

Now with MEDITATION 101.

Usual position is sitting upright with appropriate head position. Most types of meditation disciplines are specific about how you go about it.

I’ll counter by saying that what matters most is paying attention to ‘HEAT’ in your body and especially the brain as that is what the focus of intent is.

Position of head can be flexible as long as you take the required rest and a snapshot in time of ‘Heat’s’ physical location. There are several positions, but of them ALL, I’ve discovered a SECRET location up until now not found and mentioned in any literature and any ancient texts. It’s important because it’s a safe rest area for ‘Heat’ in the physical brain and easily consciously played with. I found it by accident because of external chemicals applied in my environment so I toyed and played with it to refine it’s properties and take advantage of the extra NRGY output without work.

Ah people would be more than pissed at me if they knew exactly what the chemical was – WHAT THE HELL…. “CRACK” πŸ™‚ —-> SPECIFICALLY THE BAKING SODA THAT ALTERS THE PH LEVELS OF THE BODY FIRST AND THEN THE BRAIN !

THE TRICK IS TO REMAIN CONSCIOUS & AWARE WITHOUT LOSING SELF CONTROL. It’s ALL ABOUT PLAYING WITH ‘HEAT’ !

YOU CAN GET ABSOLUTELY THE EXACT SAME EFFECTS WITHOUT CRACK BY LAYING DOWN ON BACK DURING REST PERIOD AFTER EXERCISING AND TILTING HEAD UP SLIGHTLY WITH A PILLOW. THERE IS A FOOD ASPECT IF YOU WANT TO TRY THAT ROUTE TOO. DRINKS ALSO. AIR FROM SMOKERS WILL ALSO DO THE TRICK.

I’ve specifically omitted not talking about the technical of what’s going on in the body, brain. But with Spirit your minds will figure it out. The are mirrors of each other and inter-connected.

Don’t forget the music as a focal point to distract you from THINKING !

If you are busy ‘thinking’ you WILL MISS THE POINT OF ‘HEAT’.

In the case of a Spiritual Path – ‘THINKING’ is an illusion and distracts you away from the image of GOD. It becomes your own worst enemy and Bad Karma generator. UNLESS YOU HAVE ABSOLUTE EXCEPTIONAL SELF CONTROL OF EVERY SINGLE THOUGHT – THEN YOU ARE GOD ! In the meantime stick to music.

Thinking becomes a game and will play tricks on you. It becomes the Devil in disguise. Endless logic with dead ends and loopbacks that cannot be solved rationally.

Brick walls !

LISTEN TO HEAT AND YOU WILL MASTER YOUR NRGY AND YOUR DESTINY !
