I would go an extreme step farther.
Be careful before, during doing anything sensitive. Chemicals in air are extremely well hidden and thought out to make them impossible to detect during normal activities.
Some or all SENSES CAN BE IMPACTED PRIOR DURING TALKS.
The only way to know for sure is to ANY SIGNS OF INTERNAL BODY DISCOMFORT or PAIN . That’s extremely difficult unless you are religious in the practice of doing body scans repeatedly.
