Either test ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE or FORGET THE RANDOM TESTING AT THE RISK OF LAWSUITS BY THOSE UNFORTUNATE VICTIMS OF DRUNK DRIVING CAUSE YOU WANTED TO WHAT – PLAY ON THE SAFE SIDE OF THE STREET ???
