9 things that wouldn’t exist if Apple hadn’t launched the iPhone | Financial Post.

If for no other logical reason(s) Apple & iPHONES are great products – no ifs and buts about it. Price point sensitivities aside, I would have bought into all things Apple.

However that said, I fully support all things Google & Samsung, yes LG too ! HTC is a good runner up with some stumbles.

Unfortunately as with all PDA, Blackberry, Nokia, Palm and Microsoft have well struggled for some reason around arrogance of market shares and not kept up with it’s pulse as it’s life blood. Palm gone now, I believe Cisco through multiple acquisitions has the rights.

IBM & HP are still leaders, but increasingly HP with some of the best printer technologies on the planet if it doesn’t wake up will find itself in the footsteps and shadow of Kodak.

I’m truly pissed that Kodak has faltered and fallen. It is my hope that HP gets it’s act together sooner rather than later.

WHY ??? Because now I am truly going through the logic and reasoning of the ‘WHY’ of printers ! That’s a scary thought.
