The best way to know for sure, is to monitor your air environment. I’m in the process of identifying the chemicals using chemistry and will be taking air samples. As I progress in work environments, I expect DRUG SCREENING TESTS to document chemicals I am exposed to as confirmation. Air samples, dated if you feel impaired in any way will strengthen your claims.

To protect yourselves – also take HAIR, SKIN & NAIL SAMPLES and safeguard them in a safe place. Do this regularly to keep historical data on your health progress. This is actually good advice for people of the general public who suspect something also.
