Senate & PMO mess.

The KEY IS NIGEL WRIGHT. He’s the only one who can set the record straight once and for all and set the tone and direction.

The Senate should allow due process for embattled Senators. They should come up with a clear, precise transparent method for due process and allow for discussion, debate and decision one way or another. Bring in an IMPARTIAL OUTSIDER as JUDGE to make the final decision.

The Senate should distance itself from PMO business and stop taking directions from it. It should as well insulate themselves on a permanent basis from outside influence and be able to make it’s own rules that best serves itself as a model of moral/ethical conduct and reflection on BILLS being submitted to it. The rules need to be on the table and serve as a CONSTITUTIONAL GUIDE of it’s proceedings and model for Parliament if need be in times of crisis. In no way should the Senate hold the CANADIAN GOVERNMENT as hostage, but it’s decisions be a reflection of deep sober CRITICAL THINKING that best serves all Canadians and the World at large.

You want models to emulate, not the oppose for countries looking for their own answers to their own problems.

If he’s truly offered a $90,000 check to Mike Duffy of his own volition, which being told to do so, for whatever personal reason, then I suggest that he’s EXTREMELY CAREFUL BECAUSE HE’S IN A VULNERABLE POSITION and TARGET OF SOCIAL ENGINEERING. Someone somewhere will decide there’s too much at stake having him around to talk and spill the beans. I would suggest that EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON AROUND HIM IS DOCUMENTED. AIR, FOOD, WATER, DRINKS, PEOPLE AND WHAT HE’S DOING. FOR HIS SAFETY.
