In my personal opinion, a change at the top with new leadership blood will be beneficial.

Time to sweep old into the dust bin and move forward without tge never ending corruption that created a mess for so long.

I’m as guilty as everyone else not having said anything for so long.

I could see, but didn’t want to get involved.
