Editorial: Open up the government.
How many times has this been repeated. Words will not work. Time is approaching when something more is needed to bring back an appreciation for the spirit of laws as they were intended.
Obviously if change isn’t forth coming voluntarily through conscious choice, then it’s made to happen of it’s own accord by the lack of conscious decisions.
