BBC – Culture – Sexually explicit Japanese art challenges Western ideas.

Any art that depicts the human nature of sexuality and intimacy between people when well done is an achievement between humanity & the divine.

All cultures around the world depending on time has gone through it’s own question and answer periods and deemed what was acceptable with respect to art and helping it’s own citizens to grasp it’s meaning.

That other cultures question those ideals is a matter of definitions and standards between people’s moral standards, art and time.

However that plays out, the fact remains that it is a Universal trait that cannot be repressed nor excluded, just understood, appreciated and used in some context by the observer when the time is right.

As long as it is not degrading and humilating the human spirit then it represents God’s image in action.
