$5 MILLION CAP – Huh ?!!

Who came up with that number and little critical thinking cap.

Seems to me that penalties should be ongoing until signed contracts are completed as agreed.

After the $5 million max is reached, then what – still no open road and then more money coughed up.

It’s not criticism – it’s critical thinking and someone wasn’t doing their job properly with public money and infrastructure.

Let’s hope this is the last time someone has forgotten to put on Hard Hats of the the Critical Thinking kind.

That or maybe a more serious talk with the lawyers who draw up these scenarios.
