All pregnant women about to deliver should do so outside of prison/jail institutions.
Not only are babies already exposed to toxins via fetal growth, they are exposed to potentially toxic chemicals present in the air in correctional institutions and detention centers from drug users and those sprayed in the air and food/beverage intake as a means of Social Engineering people held up in them.
In this case, I would not be surprised at all if the baby was subjected upon birth to some type of methamphetamine or cocain/crack in the air.
Case in point just yesterday !
Female cat came into my room and proceed to aggressively demand attention and being rubbed to the point that she was biting me !
That’s a first – wow ! Got the picture right away, so I held her up and checked her heartbeat – hundred miles an hour… bingo exposed to airborne chemical ! Shooooed her away and told her to get her hormones straightened out with her boyfriend !
So, if you suspect something is amiss, check heartbeat, that should tell you pretty quickly what’s what ! Social Interference at it’s most subtle.
