Animals are having an obesity crisis, too.

Bingo !

WHY – because they are subjected to environmental stresses of their owner’s whims. Indoor air quality, given food based on owner’s decision making processes that are subject to advertising and marketing blitzes, veterinary prescriptions, breeding weaknesses and like their owners sedate lifestyles in many cases. Domesticated animals are losing their inherent natural immune systems strength based on less stressful survival of the fittest lifestyles.

Animals are subject to the same exact rules governing their bodies as those of humans. They cannot escape the Laws of the Universe in regards to Thermodynamics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

The most obvious differences are brains and their capacities to understand being sentient in the same sense as humans.

In all other areas though, they are copies of us but at basic levels of our own evolutionary stages.

Because of Human Consciousness, the onus is on humans to come to understand the communication gaps between us and animals on their levels. Once that gap is bridged, then an entirely new frontier of synergistic relations can take place between species with regards to their stewardship and their environments in which they live and depend on us.
