Not till there’s a court verdict.

At this time there are absolutely NO SAFEGUARDS in place to avoid any tampering of DNA using technology to incriminate someone intentionally from a hidden agenda.

That’s NOT even having a discussion on it’s potential illegal medical use or research done on it.

Any DNA at any point taken under court order can be manipulated and used nefariously against the donor.

All DNA evidence should remain in the hands of an outside mandated neutral 3rd party charged with securing it’s integrity over time to avoid any tampering with it.

The REAL QUESTION IS –

At what point is enough, enough ???

Where do you draw the line after DNA evidence ???

I can already think of all the other potential controversial lines in the sand.

And they’re ugly.
