There’s a basic need to help people in dire straits and give tgem the needed push to get them back up and going again.
You can argue about details such as luxuries later, but with winter fast approaching, sooner is better than later.
Governments need to take ownership here, the reins fully in hand and step on it.
Make sure tgere’s accountability for every step taken and monies dispersal, but it needs to get done one way or another.
That’s what people expect in situations like this.
