Amounts of heroin in his system by itself and the additional drugs ???

The heroin maybe self explanatory if not mixed to explain to a degree.

So too alcohol.

How did the others get into his system ???

What about lung toxicity for the presence of other possible indicators ?

And can anyone explain in clear English language what a ‘Heroin’ overdose involves exactly ???
