The natural normal way is the Lotus Flower that is really a Diamond that opens upon Conscious Intent of Spiralling NRGY using ‘Heat’ as the servant worker.

The Diamond is the Ki to focus ‘Heat’ properly so it doesn’t create internal and external destruction.
Hey I’ve been doing everything willy nilly and piecing it together once I could control each aspect.
