A big part of the problem is the speed at which people are bombarded with information.  Add to it the multiple directions it’s coming from and you have the perfect storms of faking it to keep up.

The only other viable option we rely on is self evident by the onslaught of TV shows such as Survivor, Big Brother, Idol this, Dance that et al. to land supremcy as our crowns of success.  These are prime examples of on the fly making it up as the new reality so as not to go through the exercise of faking it and being detected.  It’s much better than a fake Orgasm and then admitting it later.  At least, for the moment the pants are still on and a crown to boot.

The basis are pageants and sports.

So don’t blame people for all the B.S., tech has alot to do with it now.  Throw away those gadgets and watch the world spin down.
