While I share in the same decision, care needs exercising where there is a differential between 2 km/hr over the speed limit and being singled out for no other truly valid public reason.
It’s an entirely different situation where a truck carrying tons of concealed substances or weapons needs further investigation and searching by K-9.
An ounce roughly here or there does not meet a threshold fir unreasonable search and seizures.
True valid publicly disclosed reasons are. A nose twitching left or right with the slightest wind does not qualify. It’s logical and within reason. Otherwise we might as well forfeit all privacy rights and freedoms while in public. That’s the true purpose of a Constitution.
