Let add that it’s morally/ethically repulsive and reprehensible as a hetero-sexual couple to adopt at what was $30K a child back in about 2006/07 era in Ottawa.

Kids deserve better than to be treated as a commodity to the highest bidder.

Change is wanting on that front.
