Surprised, I’m not.

Other than Ottawa Hydro, I consider the City of Ottawa water department nothing short of a terrorist organization in the way citizen’s of Ottawa are treated once hooked up to that system.

Oh, ESA is definitely on that list too.

But times will be a changing…. extinction level events !
