Use focus if willpower while listening to music to direct sound waves with your mind, watch with mind’s eye what they do to the ‘Heat’ of your brain/mind connection(conscious logical left side/subconscious creative right side)

Smile without straining, lips slightly apart

Tip of Tongue on the roof of palate, just behind 2 front teeth

Gentle deep breathes

Water to drink to alleviate dry mouth

A lite blanket to keep body warm as you cool off and body comes to rest

Adjust with movements to shed tensions, no rigid postures – stretch once in a while to let body come into a natural resting state without conscious effort

Incense or smells you like as a good concentration guide

A few sweet treats, but not excessively to activate sense of taste

A slight breeze to move your inate NATURAL NRGY – Goosebumps

Repeat at your leisure without pressure, it’s not a race
