Not enough debate on worker safety protocol changes that is suppose to take effect October 1, 2013.
While I believe this is a shared responsibility between the employment situation and individuals, I can already see failures and subsequent penalties imposed on individuals for the failure of companies being glib in passing off the responsibilities to individuals without certification and training.
