Yes there is a danger posed to CENTRIC SECURITY – ONE SIZE FITS ALL IN OUR COLLECTIVE GLOBAL SECURITY INTERESTS.
THE UPSIDE IS THIS !
If a nation is willing to step up to the plate with genuine efforts of national security interests and deliver them in truly ethical/moral ways, then it becomes a model to emulate and has legs to stand on in dealing with truly bigger Global security issues.
To discount a nation’s national security measures as inferior or junior does not help anyone.
Too much power in the hands of few leads to corruption without accountability to the very people who insisted that it was in their own interests and those of others to institute such agencies.
The logic and reasons fail after hidden agendas come to light and bite their asses after it’s too late.
Let nations take control of their own national security interests and work with them where they seek help.
A central international clearing agency can take care of Global interests.
Nations that flout or ignore the common thresholds of Security Intelligence I. Q. levels should be publicly acknowledged as risks.
Everything is on the table and a level playing field.
