No nation whether it is governments or those opposed to it are immune from horrors in any form or manner inflicted on it’s own citizens or that of it’s neighboring nations.
Lessons from both World Wars should have taught us those lessons long ago.
The international communities are tasked in stopping the madness of all chemical agents and their deployment. The potential uses are to high a temptation to justify their use.
