Okay here it is once and for all on job equality.
I have absolutely no problems with either gender doing the work of the other.
Notwithstanding that statement, let me be clear on the physical abilities of either.
It only makes sense in physically demanding and challenging work that the required levels of physical abilities or the equivalent smarts to leverage weaknesses yet be able to do exactky the same work becomes a standard baseline reference.
A weak male or female in a demanding positiin such as in the case fighterfighters or whatever can pose serious dangers and consequently put more people in danger than just themselves.
The test of being able to do tge work required should provide some leeway for a creative solution also. It should allow some range because environmental conditions are always in a state of flux.
