Dental body seeks to shut down rogue dentist in Burnaby.
Wow 10 years to shut down someone in the dental medical field. That’s a lot of potential victims and lawsuits hanging in the balance here.
Seems to me that some interim orders by the courts for the sake of public safety might have been more effective until everything was settled in court.
The question is ‘WHY’ once again did it take so long and still no resolution for either party ???
Incompetence is the first answer that comes to mind.
