So here’s the BILLION DOLLAR QUESTION TO THE GST PEOPLE !!!!

I flipped a house to my ex-wife to help her build up her credit that my father HAD NOT YET SOLD ME FOR $80, 000 apparently poor old millionaire Dad lost money on that sale to me ($140 – 150 G).

Low and behold after the legal paperwork is done, now remember this… nothing has ever been put in my name, just a verbal agreement of my father somewhat gifting the property at 5568 Main St Manotick for $80, 000 which was put in my name at CIBC for mortgage purposes, but property deeded to my dear ex-wife.

Imagine my surprise when under a totally absolutely total unlisted number, GST DEPT calls me up and asks about the details of the transaction.  Honky Dory… alls good with the GST woman !

Now… ask yourselves how in the hell does tge GST get access to private unlisted numbers ?

My lawyer then Rich Wilson was a good lawyer.  No complaints… except he got caught in the cross fire of my disrespectful wife who wanted him to do something unethical.  I know Rich and he took the hit of a grand’s lost.

Now if there are shady lawyers… go after divorce crooks.
