If PMO Staff make major policy decisions for ALL CANADIANS then it is vital information fot ALL CANADIANS to have, analyse and critizice for the benefit of Canada.
Then that role, function and responsibly falls upon opposition in Parliament.
Second thoughts and moral conscience upon the Senate !
