While lax or weak regulation needs correction in all areas of public areas of transactional business, more does not equate with better if audits, inspections, omissions and errors occur. Those are the quality assurances that the system is working to everyone’s benefit. Prosperity.
You cannot have on one hand more regulation of something while under secrecy have the transportation of highly questionable materials taking place on transportation corridors without your knowledge and consent. Point in fact – nuclear products, whether for medicinal, waste or military purposes.
So goes for biological.
The answer lies in quality systems of inspections and public knowledge so that people can make informed choices about potentially altering and life changing events.
