Well Amberly McAteer you and I should sit down some time and discuss the case of James Bankfield in Calgary, Alberta.

As I would surmise is the case and situation with all other landlords in Alberta and maybe even across Canada and Ottawa who take advantage of vulnerable tenants in dire straits.

Whether of either gender – the master bedroom seems to be the place where cashless transactions take place to pay the rent.

And then some…. of course there’s also the cone and code of silence. Talk and you’re toast. In the meantime I need this, that and whatnot done to keep up with housekeeping services and whatever crosses my fancy.

Oh, let’s not forget then that when you move out, you’re fucked with the damage deposit and if unlucky enough your personal possessions that you lose.

I’m going to have one HELL of a conversation with the Landlord and Tenant board here in Alberta. Go to the Casino and hedge your bets, cause this is one that I’m rabid about. Taking advantage of vulnerable people around shelter hits home with me.
