Great then, someone is doing great work. However, that being said – being under fire and on the defensive coming up with numbers once the masses are enlightened and in the loop doesn’t inspire confidence on the part of the general population.

While it’s true that for the most part people want and like to live with their heads in the sand around anything horrific as in this case terrorism, I believe that publicly enlisting people’s help with continuing to safeguard precious liberties and the right to security would go a long way.

The general consensus is the people are too stupid. And that in my opinion is where things have gone off the rails. Education around observational skills and making distinctions between what is normal everyday living and the situations that come up as a result and those that are markedly different and so out of context is a basic element of helping to root out terrorists.

This is not to say that every citizen on the planet should be educated to become paranoid and paralyzed with fear in being enlisted to help.

Definitely the optics and subsequent vocal PR SPINS only continues to add to citizens mistrusts of their own governments with the result being total disconnects between trusting it and fighting it tooth and nail to maintain what has only been around 300 years or so on fragile papers called CONSTITUTIONS.

Yes in whatever various ways that can be justified to have the multitude and various spy agencies, that does not mean that people’s privacy should be in any way shape or form reduced to a mere commodity of the price to pay for security.

Once it is clear and obvious that a person is of no threat, then privacy takes on the same level of importance as the faith, beliefs and religious views that people are entitled to for the sake of government’s price to pay for the right to continue to govern it’s citizens.

The price governments pay to hold privacy sacred is called RESPECT, LAW & ORDER where it’s citizens cherish the ‘WHY’ governments deserve it and are passionately following the meaning of LAWS.

That one is called democracy or communism the goal is the same – peace, stability and continued prosperity as a whole.
