Dear Mr. Corbett and Ms. Baumberg,

That road construction that specifically takes place during peak rush hours is INTENTIONAL.

WHY – Social Engineering Protocols demand it.

It creates ‘HEAT’, impatience, anger, frustration, aggressive driving, flared tempers, and most of all impacts and changes the way normal everyday people conduct themselves in social situations.

The test creates results that are then measured against normal habits to CREATE PROFILES added to all NATIONAL SECURITY MATTERS.

The bonus for those in control is that it allows them to push buttons and plug people into slotted outcomes.

Example – Any pain in the ass construction worker is put in vulnerable conditions that may result in injury or even death by an equally totally out of control pain in the ass driver.

Both are neutralized and dealt with by connected circumstances yet innocently seems unrelated in the bigger scope of everyday things.
