Slip on a light fitting glove and it mimics what a mouse can do in terms of buttons and cursor movements.
Glove has to be tight enough to retain tactile feel for long term wearing. Breathable of course.
Hey, little CCD optical devices can take over the function of that mouse optical laser.
And maybe, just maybe snap pics and videos.
