HBC, my pet peeve on how NOT to do business.
Look at it this way. It had the whole North American market to itself well over 400 yrs ago.
Now it’s reduced to a handful of stores and in my opinion at risk of disappearing as the marketplace continues to change and shift.
Wake up before that happens.
