Via terror suspect can’t find lawyer who will use Koran as case reference instead of Criminal Code
Go on the hunt and find an international lawyer with Koran expertise.
After all, if the terror suspect is using the Koran as the basis of his arguments, then let him be judged by those standards.
The Criminal Code is based on Canon and Catholic law and may NOT apply !
Let this be the first test of a multi cultural society and tolerance and acceptance of different faiths and the rules that govern people under them.
And it goes without saying, but for the uninitiated, a judge versed under Koran law will also be required. Heck even the jury.
This is a price willing paid for asking people to immigrate to Canada.
