Interesting thing this thing called the Body. With so much emphasis on the mind, intellect, smarts, brains and IQ and let’s not forget all those ‘HEAT’ degrees called Bachelors, Masters, Ph.D.s we’ve missed the mark on what matters most. The Human Body is the first physical presence started cell by cell by cell from birth. This is where the brain resides – it’s connection is so interwoven and connected that one without the other is useless.

Now for the point I was going to make. My new Roofing work outdoors is providing me with a rare glimpse into the ‘HOW’ the body works building up muscle cells and mass one by one especially by the process of ‘HEAT’.

Quite amazing to listen and feel the changes on a daily basis. Cool stuff this science of knowing thyself.
