Rented a U-Haul Cargo Van & a Storage Unit for Tuesday after work.
Moving my stuff(actually less than a 1 bedroom 10′ x 12′ contents) out of old landlord’s house.

Get ready Calgary Police cause if I have trouble or my stuff is missing, I’m going to ask that you lay charges against the landlord.
Been living there since last year – August 2012.
Have not been served legal due process to move out with written notice. Verbal notice does NOT constitute lawful notice.
I am still entitled to the security deposit of $400 paid upon prior rental of my bedroom.
If there is a dispute it revolves around the following –
The issue stems from the landlord’s refusal to pay me for work performed for him back in September 2012 for a period of approximately 30 days. See prior posts to refresh memory about events.
