True, however the MINDSET isn’t around trying to make the ALL POWERFUL MANTRA of the MISSION STATEMENT your credo and having you slot yourselves into it.
Being TRUE to yourself means having core values that you test over time and make them work in such a way that they become UNIVERSAL TRUTHS – unshakable despite ever effort of ALL THAT SURROUNDS you to push you beyond that Baseline LINE IN THE SAND that breaks down everything you stand for.
Whether because it is a spiritual endeavour or because you have reached that point in time to make your mark and define and express it to all those who cross your path, they are your legacy of values that you stood for no MATTER WHAT MATTER MOST to others. Most of the time, others come around and become entranced by the very fact that you have withstood all that which was thrown your way and despite their best efforts they failed miserably and with the humble realization that yes there is more to what you are doing than meets the eye.

You LIVE, BREATH, HEAR, SEE, FEEL AND SENSE all before the Question is even asked about a problem and the answer flows forth without effort, because you already had the 6th sense to foresee it.
That is the distinguishing mark of a TRUE AND POWERFUL LEADER whose ship is the entire world and better yet the UNIVERSE if he/she wills it so.
