The temp agencies, yikes you could be waiting forever. And references – say what ??? If you’re new to Calgary and just moved in looking for work, how’s that for a speed bump that says stop – you can’t work without references.

Better rethink that strategy. Oh, okay I have, got a solution if I decide to move on it. Ain’t brains helpful workaround solutions to stupid problems.

In this case, the construction temp agency – the shits. Plain and simple. Takes advantage of people who are down and out and then bonks them down even more – I would say 6 feet under when it can.

I’m not impressed with the quality of piss poor work options in Calgary so far. Especially when you really want to work but don’t know where to start.

Alberta Works has been helpful with some day courses. However that’s still not enough. I’m not blaming them, but when a mile long queue forms for a job fair and few companies show up, what does that tell you about the integrity of trying to get people to work instead of spending a full day waiting in line looking for work in a place like Calgary.

I am starting to think that it’s all a big NATIONAL SCAM arranged to get people to believe that they can find great jobs in Alberta.

People end up being deceived and in trouble. Then police are left to deal with the messes of such stupid triage decision about who lives and who dies. Real smart ! I’m impressed that all industries are in some way or other profiting from the misery of so many people for so long. True Hollywood scripting.

With that said – let me browse the online job search engines and try to find work that means something more than just earning a living. Rent, food and maybe just maybe a little bit of fun to unwind from it all. And the whole point was to re-establish myself and get my kids here in Alberta.

Well if that isn’t going to happen, boy oh boy are people in for a whipping the likes you have never ever ever imagined.

I can, I will and I don’t fool around playing games. Tried that once while at the Montreal Dungeon. Ain’t really my thing.

Last but not least, if per chance things work out, you can thank GOD cause he’ll have more mercy on what’s ahead than I’ve got planned in terms of outcomes.

Guns, weapons and other imitation war toys – need not apply. This is all about NRGY and if I have to put it to use, it’s going to happen.

I’ve made sure that there are multiple streams of distributed redundant systems in place just to take up the slack. If you’re focused on me, you’re sidetracked. I’m the final solution if all else fails to get you to change. The other ones are bonuses and gravy.

Think I’m kidding – dream on 🙂 It’s my job to make sure that I do my job. I’m calling it the ultimate career game changer.
