I think this discussion is finally coming into the public mind of Canadians. Whereas before we didn’t want to admit it, we are part of the global network of everything and aren’t excluded just because we’re nice, polite and accepting.

Basically we can say we have joined the world in terms of growing aware of internal threats and their potentials.
