Counting homeless doesn’t help them

…”Until that changes, counting the homeless every few years will continue to be an exercise in futility.”

On the money and nail on the head. The exercise is all too self serving. That being the demonstration that a city such as Toronto is aware of the issue and money is being put into shelters.

Now if you push the envelope a little further has anyone really taken the time to ask a homeless person the ‘WHY’ they prefer the streets to being in a shelter.

Yes it’s true and without a doubt that those on the streets are as the Sun puts it –

“Study after study has shown many of the hard-core homeless are mentally ill, or addicted to booze, or drugs.”

Although true, it is only part of the REAL TRUE STORY. I would have to say considering what I have seen in Calgary alone on this issue that people from all walks of Life young and old are there and responsible for being in that state only on a basis of about 25 percent to maybe a top end of 50 percent. The other hidden percentage of responsibility falls on the Social Engineering techniques that have propelled them into that state of homelessness, drugs, booze and mental health issues.

Those Social Engineering techniques are so subtle so pervasive that they have even fooled the best psychologists, social workers, doctors and all those outreach workers who truly believe in the cause of helping those less fortunate.

This is an epidemic in my opinion of international proportions. It is being used as in ‘IN CASE MEASURE’ when things go off the rails with citizens who fall off the bandwagon of towing the line and staying inline to the values espoused by their governments and law enforcement agencies. It is a self preservation technique used to put people back in their places when all else fails.

It is sad that those better qualified then myself in areas that expert help is available fail and fall into the trap and illusion of being in a the very system that puts blinders on and uses them to justify by the numbers what needs to be done.

For the record – those who are mentally ill are for the most part those who have become unwilling subjects in the magical alchemical soup mix and search for the shortest route to meeting GOD. Their verbal expressions, physical expressions, their gestures, their non-sensical and absurd conduct are simply manifestations of the body/mind attempts to connect to their higher spiritual selves and GOD experiences. The problem stems from the fact that they are unwilling subjects, participating in one grand experiment after another. Their inability to understand the purpose of what is going on results in the uncontrolled results of their mindsets and behaviours. Without knowledge and abilities to redirect the internal processes of chemical reactions into a useful purpose that would truly allow them to achieve spectacular results.

I believe that the justification for this rationalization in the corridors of hidden agendas is that the means justifies the end for humanities survival and problem solving inefficiencies.

Sad truly sad. Unless the experts out there truly do a 180 degree spin on their perspectives and those who can do better in terms of problem solving at local levels, this problem is going to be exponentially lethal. It’s a matter of time given what I have seen on the streets and in the younger generations. It is a pandemic lying in wait with repercussions unmatched in the history of humanity. Why, because of countries like China, India, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Phillipines, Thailand, etc…. This is where what we have yet to see will explode out with supersonic speed breaking down all barriers of containment on all levels.

If the world is only interested in quantifying through numbers, then this is the center of it all. It’s all about numbers in population. Nothing more, nothing less. The western world is clear on the bottom line number – so that’s the standard measure of how it happens. Africa doesn’t come close, but will play a hand being part of that whole super continent. Brace yourselves. And no guns ain’t gonna help one little bit. It’s all about NRGY – ‘HEAT’ included.
